In winter time it's just a 2 minute walk to the Orchard chair ski lift.

Outside, there is a large deck with garden, patio furniture, BBQ, fire pit & there is also a private 6 person hot tub for guests to enjoy.

- Rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay.
- Holiday Long Weekends are based on a 3 night minimum

- All guests must be over the age of 25( excluding families ).
- A security deposit of $1500 is required on arrival (this is a pre-authorization on a credit card )
- Pillows and duvets are supplied but you would need to bring your own bed linens and towels.
- You will need to sign a rental agreement that includes noise by-law
- Check out time is 11.00am
- HST will be added at a rate of 13%
All of our rentals come with the following supplied : Tea Towel,dish cloth, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, recycling bags
