Q-How do you clean the chalet our cottage in this time of covid 19 ?
A- We fog our chalet our cottage after each check out. Then after a few hours our cleaners go in to the chalet or cottage to start the clean once they have finished the chalet or cottage is then fogged again . This process protects our cleaners and our guests. Please see the documents below for more info.

Do you have a minimum stay for your chalets?

Yes there is a 2 night minimum stay in peak seasons and can offer one night stays in the off seasons - please call Chris on 705 888 0660 for more information.

How can I book a Chalet?

You can book a chalet on our website or you can call our office on 705 888 0660 and book over the phone.

Do I have to pay a deposit when I book a chalet ?

When you book online or over the phone you will need to pay a 25% deposit and the balance is due 30 days prior to check in.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards.

Where do we check in when we arrive ?

On the morning of check in owners will pre-approve your security deposit. Once the chalet is ready for check in we will text you the door code,after which you can check in at any time directly to your chalet.

Is the drinking water safe to drink?

Yes, the drinking water is safe to drink.

What time can we check in/check out ?

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.

Can we request an early check in/late check out ?

Do I need to bring my own bed linens?

Pillows & duvets are supplied but you will need to bring your own bed linens & towels.

Do you charge a Security Deposit ?

Yes owners will pre-authorize $1500 on your credit card on the morning of check in.When you check out & the chalet has been checked for damages etc we will release the pre-authorisation.

Are pets allowed and is there a charge ?

Yes we are pet friendly and we do not charge for pets. Please read our Pet Policy for more information.

Do your chalets have BBQ's ?

Yes from May until mid November all of our chalets have propane BBQ's situated on the decks of each unit.

Do all of your chalets have a fireplace ?

Most of our units have a fireplace.Most are wood burning & some are gas/electric.

What are the bed configurations in the chalets ?

Bed configurations vary from chalet to chalet.Please see each chalet listing on our website for the bed configurations.

Do your chalets have a Hot Tub ?

How close are your chalets to the Village at Blue Mountain ?

All of our chalets are a short 15 minute walk t the village.By car its a 2 minute drive to the village.
