The cottage offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen,3 queen beds, 2 pull out couches, 10 guest\’s maximum.

Important Please Note :

• Rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay.
• Holiday Long Weekends are based on a 3 night minimum

• All guests must be over the age of 25 ( excluding families ).
• A security deposit of $1500 is required on arrival (this is a pre-authorization on a credit card )
• Pillows and duvets are supplied but you would need to bring your own bed linens and towels.
• You will need to sign a rental agreement that includes noise by-law
• Check out time is 11.00am
• HST will be added at a rate of 13%

All of our rentals come with the following supplied :Tea towel, dish cloths, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, recycling bags.
